We know that balancing fitness and life can sometimes be a challenge for families. That’s why we’ve designed our club to be a sanctuary where parents and kids can both engage in healthy activities that promote well-being for all. To translate this, NLRAC offers tons of stuff that let your kids burn off energy and go bananas (safely of course) while you work out in kid-free bliss. Our combination of the city’s finest fitness venue coupled with our Kid’s Galaxy, Day Care, After School Activities, Parent’s Night Out and Youth Recreation Programs make fitness at NLRAC a family affair.

FOOD AND SUPPLIES
In order to keep all our children happy, we ask that meals not be brought to the Day Care because “happy meals” cause those without to be very unhappy. Snacks are welcome but for the safety of our little members, please don’t bring popcorn, grapes, gum, peanuts or peanut butter. All drinks brought into the Day Care area must be in labeled containers with lids.
Please furnish all requisite items such as diapers, pacifiers, bottles, extra change of clothes, etc. for your child’s use during the duration of his or her stay. Diapers will not be provided by the Club. All supplies should be labeled with your child’s name and be brought in a bag with your child’s name on it.
PNO is available for children ages 4 weeks – 12 years old. After dividing the children according to age (the wee ones spend the evening in the Day Care), our enthusiastic and experienced staff will make sure that everyone has loads of laughs, plays hard, and gets a great workout! All activities are age-appropriate and properly monitored. Socks and shoes are required, as well as a bright happy smile. Members and non-members can sign up by contacting Diane at 501-812-5559, ext. 226.

Please Note: Each child must bring socks for the soft play maze and a signed waiver.
Our Mother’s Day Out program gives you an opportunity to add some “me time” to your schedule each week while your child interacts and plays with other children. Specifically, our loving staff will work with your child on social skills, motor development and creativity. We will play group games, use manipulative toys, explore the soft play maze, do arts and crafts and participate in musical activities. When hunger strikes, we’ll eat and when exhaustion hits, we’ll rest.
